How do I create and manage pages?

Add new pages to your website and control their visibility.

Short answer: Go to Site > Builder to create new pages, reorder them, and control which appear in your navigation menu.

Creating a new page

  1. Go to Site > Builder
  2. Click Add page
  3. Give your page a name
  4. Add sections and content
  5. Save and publish

Managing existing pages

From the Pages area you can:
- Reorder pages (drag and drop)
- Rename pages
- Hide pages from navigation
- Delete pages you don't need

Page visibility options

Published + in menu: Page appears in navigation and is accessible to guests.

Published + not in menu: Page is live but isn't in the navigation (can still be accessed via direct link). To add it to the menu, go to Site settings > Menu > Navigation links and check the box next to the page.

Draft/Unpublished: Page is not visible to guests at all.

Common pages to add

  • Travel information
  • Things to do
  • FAQs for guests
  • Photo gallery
  • Wedding party details
  • Rehearsal dinner (for select guests)

Creating a page for specific guests

To show a page only to certain people:
1. Create the page
2. Set visibility to hidden from main menu
3. Share the direct link only with those guests
4. Or use password protection

Reordering pages

  1. Go to Pages
  2. Drag pages up or down
  3. The order reflects in your navigation menu
  4. Save changes

Tips

  • Keep navigation simple (5-7 main pages)
  • Use clear, short page names
  • Group related content on single pages when possible
  • Test navigation on mobile devices
  • Preview before publishing new pages
