Exporting households to CSV
Learn how to download your household list with names, addresses, guest counts, and gift tracking as a CSV file for sharing with vendors or backup purposes.
Need to share your household data with your stationer, wedding planner, or venue? Export your household list as a CSV file.
How to export
- Go to Guests > Households
- Click the Download button at the top
- A CSV file downloads to your computer
What's in the export
The CSV includes:
- Household name
- Number of guests
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Number of infants
- Address
- Country
- Gift received
Tips
Great for addressing envelopes. Export your households to get a clean list of names and addresses for your stationer.
Filter first if needed. Apply your filters before exporting to get just the households you need.
Open in any spreadsheet app. The CSV works in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any other spreadsheet tool.
