How multi-user access works
WedSites lets you invite other people to help manage your wedding. Each person you invite gets their own login, so there's no need to share passwords. You can all work on things at the same time without getting in each other's way.
Here's how many users each plan supports:
- Basic ($39): Up to 2 users (you and your partner).
- Standard: Up to 4 users (perfect for you, your partner, and helpers).
- Pro: Up to 16 users (great for couples who want to include a planner, family members, or other helpers).
Inviting someone to your account
Adding someone is simple. Just send them an invite from your dashboard using their email address. They'll receive an email with a link to create their own account and get started right away.
Setting permissions
You're in control of what each person can see and do. When you invite someone, you can set their permissions to match their role. Maybe your partner has full access to everything, while a helper can only manage the guest list. It's flexible so you can set it up however works best for your team.
Working together
Multiple people can be logged in and working at the same time. Each user also gets their own preferences, like choosing between dark mode and light mode, so everyone can set things up the way they like.
