Configuring save the date display options

Learn how to toggle couple names, dates, times, venue, address, and location details on or off to control what information appears on your save the date ecard (Standard or Pro plan).

Control what information appears on your save the date ecard. Toggle different elements on or off to get the perfect look.

Display toggles

Couple names

  • Show couple names - Toggle this to show or hide your names on the ecard. On by default.
  • Customize names - You can override the names shown. Set a custom first name, last name, and name delimiter (the text between your names, like "&" or "and").

Date and time

  • Show date - Toggle the wedding date display. On by default.
  • Show time - Toggle the ceremony time display. Off by default for save the dates.
  • Date format - You can customize how the date is displayed, including weekday, month, day, and year fields.
  • Time format - Customize with prepend text (like "at") and append text (like "PM").

Venue

  • Show venue - Toggle the venue name. Off by default for save the dates.
  • Show address - Toggle the venue address. Off by default.
  • Show city/state/country - Individual toggles for location details. City and state on by default.
  • Show postal code - Off by default.

How to configure

  1. Go to Ecards in your main navigation
  2. Select your save the date
  3. Find the display options section
  4. Toggle each element on or off
  5. Click Save changes

Tips

Less is more for save the dates. You don't need all the details. Names, date, and city are usually enough. Save the full details for the invitation.

Check the preview. After toggling options, preview your ecard to see how it looks.
