How do I collect guest addresses?

Gather mailing addresses from guests for printed invitations and thank-you cards.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Use the Collect Details feature to send guests a form where they can submit their mailing address.

Using Collect Details

  1. Go to your dashboard and find Collect Details
  2. Enable the address collection feature
  3. Send the collection link to guests
  4. Guests fill out their address and other details
  5. Addresses sync to your guest list

What you can collect

  • Full mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred language
  • Any other custom fields you set up

Sending the collection link

You can share the Collect Details link:
- In a save-the-date email
- Through text message
- On social media
- On your wedding website

Manual entry

If guests don't submit online:
1. Go to Guests > Households or individual guests
2. Enter the mailing address manually
3. Addresses at the household level apply to all members

  • Collect addresses early for save-the-dates
  • Household addresses are used for mailing - one address per household
  • Double-check addresses before printing
  • Export addresses for your printer or addressing service
  • Some couples include a QR code linking to Collect Details on pre-wedding correspondence
