How do I delete guests?

Remove guests from your list when they're no longer invited or were added by mistake.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Find the guest in your list, open their profile, and click Delete.

Deleting a single guest

  1. Go to Guests
  2. Find the guest you want to remove
  3. Click on their name to open their profile
  4. Click Delete guest
  5. Confirm the deletion

Deleting multiple guests

If you need to remove many guests:
1. Select the guests using checkboxes
2. Look for a bulk action option
3. Choose Delete selected
4. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

When you delete a guest:
- Their name and contact information
- Any RSVP responses they submitted
- Their meal selections and question responses
- Their seating assignment (if any)

Before you delete

Consider instead:
- Marking them as "Not invited" if you might invite them later
- Moving them to a "B-list" group
- Just not sending them an invitation

Tips

  • Deleting is permanent - there's no undo
  • Don't delete guests who have already received invitations
  • If they're in a household, deleting them removes only that person
  • Consider exporting your list as a backup before bulk deletes
  • Deleting a guest may affect your guest counts
