Layout options

Grid view

Vendors display as cards with their name, category, and status. This is a more visual layout that's great for browsing and getting an overview of all your vendors at a glance.

In grid view, each vendor appears as a card showing:
- Vendor name
- Category (photographer, caterer, etc.)
- Booking status (booked or shortlisted)
- Key contact details

List view

Vendors display in a table format with more detail visible at a glance. This layout is better for quickly comparing information across vendors and seeing multiple data points side by side.

In list view, vendors appear in rows with columns for various details, making it easier to scan and compare.

Vendor filters

Both views support filtering by:
- All - All vendors
- Booked - Vendors you've booked
- Shortlisted - Vendors you're still considering

These filters work the same way regardless of which layout you choose.

Tips

Grid for browsing. When you're exploring your options or getting an overview of your vendor team, the card layout feels more natural and less overwhelming.

List for working. When you need to check details, compare pricing, or work through contact information, the table layout shows more information without clicking into each vendor.

Switch as needed. You can change between views anytime. Use grid view for planning meetings to show everyone your vendor team, then switch to list view when doing detailed work.

Filters work in both views. Use the Booked filter to see just your confirmed vendors, or Shortlisted to review options you're still considering.
