Add a QR code to your save the date ecard that guests can scan to visit your wedding website, RSVP, or collect details form.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Enabling the QR code
- Go to Ecards in your main navigation
- Select your save the date
- Find the QR code settings
- Toggle on the QR code option
- Configure the settings
- Click Save changes
QR code settings
Link destination - Choose where the QR code takes guests when scanned:
- Save the date - Links to the guest's personal save the date page
- Collect details - Links to the collect details form
- Custom URL - Links to any URL you choose
Size - Adjust the QR code size. Default is 3 (a moderate size).
Tips
Great for printed versions. If you're printing your save the dates as well as sending them digitally, a QR code bridges the physical and digital worlds.
Choose the right destination. If you want guests to save their contact info, link to collect details. If you want them to see the full save the date online, link to the save the date page.
Keep it scannable. Make sure the QR code is large enough to scan easily, especially if you're printing physical cards.
