Can I change the fonts and colors of the RSVP form?

Understand why the RSVP form looks different from your wedding website and what you can customize.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: The RSVP form uses a standard layout that cannot be customized with fonts, colors, themes, or custom CSS. You can customize the text, wording, and questions on the form, but not its visual design.

Why the RSVP form looks different from my website

Your wedding website and your RSVP form use separate layouts. The design settings you configure for your website (colors, fonts, themes, backgrounds, custom CSS) only apply to the website itself. The RSVP form has its own clean, standardized design that is not affected by those settings.

This also applies to the Collect Details form, check-in form, access code page, and coming soon page.

Adding custom CSS won't change the RSVP form

If you've added custom CSS in Site > Builder > Site settings > Design, that CSS only applies to your wedding website pages. It does not carry over to the RSVP form. The same is true for ecard custom CSS, which only applies to the ecard itself.

What you can customize

While the visual design is fixed, you have full control over the content of your RSVP form:

  • Attendance question - Change "Will you be attending our wedding?" to your own wording
  • Response options - Use "Joyfully accepts" / "Regretfully declines" or any other phrasing
  • Welcome and confirmation text - Set the messages guests see at each step
  • Custom questions - Add your own questions (meal choices, song requests, etc.)
  • Button labels - Customize button text
  • Event details - Add event names, dates, venues, and descriptions

To customize wording, go to RSVP > Form and click Edit wording.

Tips

  • Focus on wording to set the right tone for your RSVP experience
  • Preview the form to see how your wording changes look
  • The standard RSVP layout is optimized for clarity and ease of use on all devices
