How do I send emails to all guests?

Send a message, invitation, or update to your entire guest list at once.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Compose your email and select "All guests" as recipients, or choose to send to everyone with an email address.

Sending to all guests

  1. Go to Sending > Compose
  2. Choose the type of message to send (Email, Invitation, etc.)
  3. Write your message
  4. Select recipients (choose all guests or specific groups)
  5. Review the preview
  6. Click Send

Who receives the email

When you send to "all guests":
- Only guests with email addresses receive it
- Guests without emails are skipped
- One email per household (if set up that way)

Checking who can receive emails

Before sending:
1. Go to Guests
2. Filter by "has email address"
3. This shows who will receive your email
4. Add missing emails if needed

Alternatives to "all guests"

You might want to send to subsets:
- Only guests who haven't RSVPed
- Only attending guests
- Only specific groups
- Only certain events

Tips

  • Test send to yourself first
  • Verify guest emails are up to date
  • Review the recipient count before sending
  • Schedule during reasonable hours (not late at night)
