Switching between weddings
Move between multiple wedding accounts from the top bar.
If you have access to more than one wedding (maybe you're planning your own plus helping a friend, or you're a planner managing multiple couples), you can switch between them without logging out.
Opening the wedding switcher
You can get to your weddings list in two ways:
- Click the account switcher icon (launch icon) next to the WedSites logo in the top bar
- Click your avatar in the top right and select My weddings
Both take you to a page listing all the weddings you have access to.
Your weddings list
Each wedding shows:
- The couple's names
- The wedding date (or "Date not set" if no date has been entered)
- Guest stats showing confirmed, waiting, and declined counts
- A link to that wedding's settings
Weddings are sorted by date, with the soonest wedding first.
Switching to a wedding
Click on any wedding card to switch to it. The page reloads on that wedding's dashboard, and everything you see (guests, RSVP, settings, etc.) is now for that wedding.
Adding a new wedding
At the bottom of your weddings list, click Add a wedding to create a new wedding account. This is useful if you're planning a second event or helping someone else with theirs.
