Learn how to read the task widget on your planner dashboard to see completed, urgent, and upcoming tasks.
The task widget on your planner dashboard shows how your wedding checklist is coming along.

What you see
Donut chart - Shows three segments:
- Completed tasks (green/mint)
- Urgent tasks that are overdue (rose/red)
- Upcoming tasks still to be done
Line charts - Two charts showing trends:
- Tasks completed per month over the past 8 months
- Tasks due per month for the next 8 months
Bar chart - Tasks broken down by category (Venue, Catering, Flowers, etc.) showing completed, urgent, and incomplete counts.
Tips
Focus on urgent items first. Red means overdue. Knock those out before moving to upcoming tasks.
Use the timeline to pace yourself. If you see a big spike of tasks due next month, start chipping away now.
