Managing venue information

Learn how to store venue details including name, address, and capacity for use across your website and ecards.

Store your venue details in settings so they're available across your website, ecards, and planning tools.

How to set it

  1. Go to Settings in your main navigation
  2. Find the Venue section
  3. Fill in:
    • Venue name - The name of your venue
    • Address - Street address
    • City - City name
    • State - State or province
    • Country - Country (with a priority list of common countries)
    • Postal code - ZIP or postal code
    • Capacity - Maximum number of guests the venue can hold
  4. Click Save changes

Where venue info appears

Your venue details are used in:
- Your wedding website (in event sections and location displays)
- Save the date and invitation ecards
- Event details in the RSVP form

Tips

Capacity is useful for planning. Knowing your venue capacity helps when deciding guest list size and managing A-list/B-list.

Update if the venue changes. If you switch venues, update everything here and it'll flow through to your website and ecards automatically.
