Tips

Focus on engagement for campaigns. When tracking invitation emails or reminders, show Opened and Clicked columns to see who's engaging with your content and who might need a follow-up.

Use status for troubleshooting. If guests report not receiving emails, the Status column helps you identify delivery issues like bounces or spam filtering.

Track button performance. If you're testing different call-to-action buttons, display Button link and Clicked columns to measure which buttons perform better.

Minimal view for quick checks. Hide columns you don't need to make the list easier to scan. For a quick overview, just show Recipient, Sent, and Opened.

Use sent dates for follow-ups. The Sent column helps you identify guests who received an email a while ago but haven't responded yet.
