How do I see my guest count?

Track how many guests you've invited and how many are attending with the guest count statistics.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: View your dashboard or the Guests page header to see total guests, confirmed attending, and declined counts.

Understanding guest counts

Your guest count typically shows:
- Total guests - Everyone on your list
- Invited - Guests you've sent invitations to
- Confirmed attending - Guests who RSVPed yes
- Declined - Guests who RSVPed no
- Awaiting response - Guests who haven't responded yet

Where to find counts

Dashboard:
- Your home dashboard shows a summary of guest statistics
- Quick overview of attendance status

Guests page:
- Header shows total counts
- Filter to see specific groups

Events:
- Each event shows its own attendance count
- Useful for different guest lists per event

Counting by event

If you have multiple events:
1. Go to RSVP > Events
2. Each event shows its own guest count
3. Some guests may attend certain events but not others

Understanding +1s and children

  • Plus-ones who have been named are counted as guests
  • Anonymous +1s may show separately or estimated
  • Children can be counted separately from adults
  • Check the age breakdown if available
