Can I manage RSVPs for multiple events?
Planning more than just a ceremony and reception? WedSites makes it easy to track who's coming to each event.
Short answer: Yes. You can set up separate events (like ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, welcome party) and track RSVPs individually for each one.
How multi-event RSVPs work
You can add as many events as your wedding weekend includes. Each event gets its own RSVP tracking, so you always know exactly who's confirmed, declined, or hasn't responded yet for every single event.
Common events couples set up include:
- Ceremony
- Reception
- Rehearsal dinner
- Welcome party
- Farewell brunch
- After-party
- Pre-wedding activities
Invite specific guests to specific events
Not everyone on your guest list needs to be invited to every event. You can restrict events to specific guests, so each person only sees the events they're actually invited to on their RSVP form.
For example, you might invite everyone to the ceremony and reception, but only the wedding party to the rehearsal dinner. Guests will only see and respond to the events that are relevant to them.
Individual event tracking
Each event has its own confirmed, declined, and unconfirmed counts. This makes planning so much easier because you can:
- Give your caterer accurate headcounts per event.
- Plan seating for each event separately.
- Follow up with guests who haven't responded to specific events.
Available on Standard and Pro
Multi-event RSVP management is available on Standard and Pro plans. There's no limit to the number of events you can create.
Tips
- Name your events clearly so guests know exactly what they're responding to.
- Set up all your events before sending out invitations so guests can RSVP for everything at once.
- Use event restrictions to keep your rehearsal dinner or other private events limited to the right people.
