How do I resend an email to specific guests?

Send an email again to certain guests who may have missed it or need it resent.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Compose the same email (or use sent history) and select only the specific guests who need to receive it.

Resending to specific guests

  1. Go to Sending in your dashboard
  2. Find the original email in sent history, or compose a new one
  3. If available, click Resend or duplicate the email
  4. Select only the guests who need it:
    • Individually select their names
    • Or filter by a specific criteria
  5. Send to the selected recipients

When to resend

Common reasons:
- Guest says they didn't receive it
- Email bounced and they fixed their address
- New guests added after original send
- Guest accidentally deleted it

Finding the original email

  1. Go to Sending > Sent
  2. Find the email you want to resend
  3. Click to view details or duplicate

Resending to one guest

For individual resends:
1. Create a new email or duplicate the original
2. In recipients, search for and select just that guest
3. Send to only them

Tips

  • Check if the guest's email address is correct first
  • Verify the email didn't bounce previously
  • Don't resend too many times (spam concerns)
  • Consider calling or texting if email repeatedly fails
  • Track who you've resent to
