Short answer: Yes. Standard and Pro plans support unlimited guests in your guest list. There's no cap on the number of guests you can add, invite, or manage.
Unlimited guests on Standard and Pro
Whether you're having an intimate gathering of 50 or a grand celebration with 500+, WedSites won't hold you back. Standard and Pro plans let you add as many guests as you need. There's no cap, no per-guest fee, and no surprise charges as your list grows.
What about Basic?
The Basic plan is focused on your wedding website and doesn't include guest list management. If you need to track guests, collect RSVPs, or send digital invitations, you'll want to upgrade to Standard or Pro.
You can start with Basic and upgrade anytime. All your website content carries over, and you only pay the difference between plans.
Guest management features
Once you're on Standard or Pro, you get a full set of tools to manage your guest list:
- Import from CSV to bring in your existing list from a spreadsheet in just a few clicks.
- Household management to group family members together and track RSVPs as a unit.
- Guest groups to organize people into categories like "Bride's family," "Groom's friends," or "Work colleagues."
- Bulk operations to update tags, send invitations, or manage multiple guests at once.

Tips
- Use the CSV import feature if you already have a guest list in a spreadsheet. It'll save you a lot of time.
