Viewing households without addresses

Need to find which households are missing addresses? This helps you track down who you still need to collect mailing info from before sending physical invitations.
How to find them
- Go to Guests > Households
- Households with missing addresses will show the status Missing address in the list
The household status system automatically flags households that don't have both an address and country on file.
Collecting missing addresses
Got a bunch of missing addresses? Here are your options:
Ask guests directly. Reach out and ask for their mailing address.
Use the collect details form. Enable the collection form and share the link with your guests. They can submit their own address. Check out configuring guest details collection for setup instructions.
Update manually. Click on each household and add the address in the form.
Tips
Start collecting early. Don't wait until the last minute to get addresses. Share the collect form as soon as you know your guest list.
Export and share. Export your household list to see all missing addresses at a glance in a spreadsheet.
