How to add

  1. Click on the budget item
  2. Find the Notes field
  3. Type your notes
  4. Click Save

Tips

Track negotiations. Note things like "Original quote was $5,000, negotiated to $4,200."

Record payment terms. "50% deposit due 6 months before, balance due 2 weeks before" helps you plan.
