How do I add notes to guests?

Keep track of important information about individual guests with personal notes.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Open a guest's profile and add notes in the notes field - these are private and only visible to you.

Adding notes to a guest

  1. Go to Guests and find the guest
  2. Click to edit their details
  3. Find the Notes field
  4. Enter your notes
  5. Click Save

What to use notes for

Private notes about:
- How you know the person
- Seating preferences or restrictions
- Relationship dynamics (who shouldn't sit together)
- Special accommodations needed
- Gift tracking
- Thank you card status
- Personal reminders

Notes vs guest details

Notes: Private information only you see
Guest details: Information that may appear in exports or affect functionality

  • "College roommate, loves dancing"
  • "Has wheelchair - needs accessible seating"
  • "Don't seat near Uncle Bob"
  • "Bringing her mom as plus-one"
  • "Sent gift already - crystal vase"

Tips

  • Notes are only visible to you and your co-planners
