How WedSites billing works
WedSites is different from most online services. When you upgrade to Standard or Pro, you make a single one-time payment. There are no monthly or annual fees, and nothing renews automatically.
Once you've paid, your plan is active for the duration of your hosting period (12 months for Basic, 24 months for Standard, and 24 months for Pro). No ongoing charges, no surprise renewals.
What if I no longer need my account?
If your wedding is over and you no longer need your WedSites account, you have a few options:
Leave it as-is:
- Your site stays live until your hosting period ends
- No charges will occur since there's no recurring billing
- You can still access your data anytime
Delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account
- This permanently removes all your data
Export your data first:
- Download your guest list and RSVP responses before deleting
- Print your guestbook entries as a keepsake

If you recently upgraded and changed your mind, WedSites offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
