What happens when a guest can't find their name?

Common reasons this happens
Name spelling or format
- Listed as "William" but searching "Bill"

- Maiden name vs married name
- Hyphenated last names
Household issues
- They're under a household name, not individual
- Searching for their name but need to search household name
Not on the list
- They weren't added to your guest list

How to fix it
- Check your guest list - Search for variations of their name
- Verify they're added - Add them if they're missing
