How do I enable notifications?

Control which email notifications you receive about your wedding account.

Short answer: Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Email notifications section to toggle notifications on or off.

Managing notifications

  1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Scroll to the Email notifications section
  4. Toggle the notifications you want on or off
  5. Click Save changes

Available notifications

WedSites has three notification types you can control:

Guest & RSVP updates:
- Instant notifications whenever guests add their details or update their RSVPs
- Great for staying on top of responses as they come in

Task reminders:
- Weekly notifications to remind you about urgent and upcoming tasks
- Requires Pro plan (planning tools)

Payment reminders:
- Sent to you on the due date of each unpaid or overdue vendor payment
- Requires Pro plan (planning tools)

In-app notifications

In addition to email notifications, WedSites shows notifications in your dashboard:
- A notification bell icon appears in your top navigation bar
- New RSVP responses and guest updates appear here
- Click See all to view your full notification history

Tips

  • Enable RSVP notifications so you don't miss responses as they come in
  • Task and payment reminders are helpful if you're using the Pro planning tools
  • Check your profile page anytime to adjust your preferences
