Exporting guests
Learn how to download your complete guest list or filtered selections as a CSV file to share with vendors, planners, or for backup purposes.
Need to share your guest list with your venue, caterer, or wedding planner? You can export your guests as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet app like Excel or Google Sheets.
How to export all guests
- Go to Guests in your main navigation
- Click the Download button at the top of the page
- A CSV file downloads to your computer
Exporting selected guests
Want to export just a specific group of guests?
- Select the guests you want to export using the checkboxes
- Click Export in the bulk action bar
- A CSV file downloads with just those guests
Exporting filtered guests
You can also combine filters with export:
- Apply your filters (like "Confirmed" status or "A-list" guests)
- Select all visible guests using the header checkbox
- Click Export
This gives you a targeted export, like "all confirmed guests" or "all guests with dietary requirements."
What's in the export
The CSV includes all guest details:
- First name, Last name
- +1 status
- RSVP status
- Email, Phone
- Stationery status
- List (A/B)
- Side
- Group
- Age
- Dietary requirements
- Notes
- Table, Seat
- Language code
- Household, Address, Country
- Children allowed
- Gift received
- Unique links (Update details, RSVP online, Check-in, Invitation, Save the date)
- Event attendance columns
- RSVP question response columns
Tips
Export for your vendors. Your caterer needs dietary info, your venue needs headcounts, your stationer needs addresses. Export and share the relevant info.
Filter before exporting. Rather than exporting everything and then sorting in Excel, filter your guest list first and export just what you need.
Regular exports are smart. Download a copy of your guest list every now and then as a backup.
