Build your wedding day run sheet by adding activities (cues) with times, descriptions, and vendor assignments. Think of it as the minute-by-minute schedule for your big day.

Plan requirement: Pro plan

How to add an activity

  1. Go to Planner > Timeline
  2. Click Add activity item
  3. Fill in the details
  4. Click Save activity or Save and add more

Activity fields

Activity/Description - What's happening. Required. (like "Ceremony begins", "First dance", "Cake cutting")

Time - When it starts. Uses your time format setting (12-hour or 24-hour).

Vendor - Which vendor is responsible for this activity. Select from your vendor list.

Timeline - If you have a multi-day wedding, choose which day's timeline this belongs to.

Notes - Any additional details.

Tips

Start with the big moments. Add ceremony, reception, first dance, dinner, speeches, and cake cutting first. Then fill in the details.

Assign vendors. Your photographer needs to know when speeches happen. Your DJ needs to know when to play the first dance. Assigning vendors to activities helps everyone stay on the same page.

Include buffer time. Leave gaps between activities for transitions. Things always take longer than you think.
