Filtering your household list
Learn how to filter households by size and location to organize your guest list and plan your event.
Your household list has filtering options to help you view specific groups of households at a glance.
Filter by household size
At the top of your household list, you'll see tabs to filter by size:
- All - Shows every household with a count
- Single - Households with 1 guest
- Couple - Households with 2 guests
- Family - Households with 3 or more guests
- Highlighted - Households you've highlighted (only shows if any are highlighted)
Click any tab to filter your list. The count next to each tab shows how many households match.
Filter by country
Use the country dropdown to view households from a specific location:
- Select All countries to view everyone
- Choose a specific country to see only households from that location
- Select None to find households missing an address
This is helpful when planning regional events or tracking which addresses still need to be collected.
Tips
Use size filters for planning. Knowing how many singles, couples, and families you have helps with seating charts and catering estimates.
Check for missing addresses. Use the country filter to find households without addresses before sending save-the-dates or invitations.
