Due dates help you stay on track and know what needs attention. The checklist uses due dates to show you what's urgent, upcoming, or overdue.

How to set it
- Click on the task
- Pick a date from the Due date picker
- Click Save task
The date displays in full format like "January 15, 2025."
Due date indicators
In your checklist, due dates can display in two formats (configurable in settings):
Time left format - Shows relative time:
- "today" - Due today
- "tomorrow" - Due tomorrow
- "asap" - Overdue
- "in 2 weeks" - Due in two weeks
- And so on
Actual date format - Shows the full date (like "January 15, 2025")
Tips
Work backwards from your wedding date. Set due dates so you're not cramming everything into the last week.
Overdue tasks stand out. If something is past due, you'll see it highlighted so you know to prioritize it.
Leave buffer time. Things always take longer than you think. Give yourself a cushion.
