WedSites offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee:
- Request within 14 days of purchase
- Available for all paid plans
- Full refund of your payment
- No questions asked
How to request a refund

- Mention you'd like a refund
- Support will process your request
What happens after
Once approved:
- Refund processes within 5-10 business days
- Your account reverts to the trial plan
- Paid features become unavailable
- Your data remains accessible
After 14 days
If more than 14 days have passed:
- Contact support to discuss your situation
- Partial refunds may be available in some cases
- Downgrades to lower plans are always possible
Downgrading instead
If you don't need all features but want to keep some:
