Exploring your wedding dashboard
See your wedding overview with quick stats, planning tools, and recent activity in one central location.
Your dashboard is home base for your wedding planning. It's the first thing you see when you log in, and it gives you a snapshot of everything happening with your wedding.
Welcome section
When you first log in, you'll see a welcome message with links to get started:
- Site setup takes you to your website builder
- Edit basic details takes you to your wedding settings
If you haven't set a wedding date yet, you'll see a prompt to enter one. Setting a date helps generate your personalized checklist and countdown.
Dashboard widgets
Your dashboard is made up of widgets that show different aspects of your wedding. What you see depends on your plan and what you've set up so far.
Planner tools (Pro)
If you're on Pro, you'll see panels linking to your planning tools: Checklist, Budget, Vendors, and Timeline. Each panel takes you straight to that feature.
Guest statistics (Standard and Pro)
Once you start adding guests, you'll see:
- Total guests in your list
- Confirmed, unconfirmed, and declined counts based on RSVP status
- Adults, children, and infants breakdown if you're tracking age categories
- Household count showing how many separate households you're inviting
Click on any number to jump to your guest list filtered to just those guests. For example, click "Unconfirmed" to see everyone who hasn't responded yet, which is handy for following up.
The stats also show breakdowns by A-list vs B-list (if you're using a waitlist), by event (if you have multiple events), and by partner side.
RSVP overview (Standard and Pro)
See how many guests have responded and their RSVP status at a glance. This pairs with the guest statistics to give you the full picture of your attendance.
Task progress (Pro)
Your checklist summary shows:
- Completed tasks you've checked off
- Urgent tasks that are due today or overdue
- Upcoming tasks on the horizon
Click any count to jump to your checklist filtered to that view.
Budget overview (Pro)
Your budget widget shows:
- Estimated total based on your planned costs
- Actual total based on what you've spent
- Remaining budget (estimated minus actual)
A progress bar shows what percentage of your budget has been used. Click the widget to go to your full budget breakdown.
Website traffic (all plans)
Your site visits widget shows four numbers:
- Total visits since you launched
- This month with a comparison to last month (green if higher, red if lower)
- This week compared to last week
- Today compared to yesterday
Below the numbers is a line chart showing daily visits over the past month. Look for spikes after sharing your link, sending invitations, or as your RSVP deadline approaches.
Your own visits when logged in don't count in the stats, so these numbers reflect actual guest traffic.
Vendors (Pro)
If you've added vendors, you'll see a summary of your vendor team on the dashboard.
What you see depends on your plan
Basic shows website traffic stats and quick access to your site settings.
Standard adds guest counts, RSVP stats, ecards, and email tracking widgets.
Pro adds the full planner toolkit: checklist progress, budget overview, vendor team, seating, and timeline.
Features locked behind higher plans show a badge (like "Standard" or "Pro") in the sidebar. Click the badge to see upgrade options.
What you see depends on your permissions
If you're part of a team, your account owner may have hidden certain features from your view. Only widgets for features you have permission to see will appear on your dashboard.
Your dashboard grows with you
When you first start, your dashboard is pretty simple. As you add guests, set up RSVPs, and use the planning tools, more widgets and stats appear. Each section only shows once there's data to display.
