How do plus ones work?
Allow certain guests to bring a date or companion to your wedding.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Enable plus-one for specific guests in their profile, and they can add their guest's name when they RSVP.
Enabling plus ones
- Go to Guests and find the guest
- Click to edit their details
- Check the Add a +1 checkbox
- Click Save
How guests add their plus one
When a guest with a +1 RSVPs:
1. They see an option to add a guest
2. They enter their plus-one's name
3. The plus-one is added to your guest list
4. Both are counted in your attendance
Named vs unnamed plus ones
Named plus-one:
- You already know who they're bringing
- Add them as a separate guest in their household
- They appear by name in your guest list
Unnamed plus-one:
- The guest chooses who to bring
- They add the name during RSVP
- The person is added to your list after RSVP
Managing plus ones
You can see who has plus-one privileges:
- Filter guests by plus-one status
- Review plus-ones added during RSVP
- Edit or remove plus-one permissions any time
