How to view
Your budget can display items grouped by category. Each category shows:
- Individual items within that category
- Category subtotals (estimated, actual, paid, unpaid, difference)
- A grand total at the bottom
The category status indicates whether you're:
- Under budget (green) - Actual is less than estimated
- Over budget (rose/red) - Actual exceeds estimated
- Empty - No actual costs recorded yet
Tips
Spot the overruns. Quickly see which categories are over budget and where you might be able to cut back.
