Deleting a group
Learn how to remove a group while keeping all its members on your guest list as ungrouped guests, with the group color becoming available again.
If you no longer need a group, you can delete it. Guests who were in the group won't be deleted; they'll just become ungrouped.
How to delete a group
- Go to Guests > Groups
- Click on the group
- Click Delete group at the bottom of the sidebar
- Confirm when prompted
What happens to the guests
When you delete a group, all the guests that were in it become ungrouped. They still exist on your guest list, they just don't have a group assigned anymore. You can see them under the None section in the groups list.
The group's color also becomes available again for new groups.
Tips
Reassign first if needed. If you want those guests in a different group, assign them to the new group before deleting the old one.
Check the group first. Click on the group to see how many guests are in it before deleting.
