Adding user to wedding
Learn how to invite partners, planners, and helpers to manage your wedding with their own logins and permissions.
Invite your partner, wedding planner, family members, or friends to help manage your wedding on WedSites. Each person gets their own login.
How to add a user
- Go to Settings in your main navigation
- Find the Users section
- Click to add a new user
- Enter their email address
- Set their permissions by checking or unchecking permission boxes. Some permissions will be automatically selected, but you can customize them before sending the invitation
- Send the invitation
The person will receive an email invitation to join your wedding account with the permissions you selected.
Tips
Start with your partner. They should have full access to everything.
Be selective with permissions. Not everyone needs access to everything. A bridesmaid helping with the guest list might only need guest management access.
Add your planner. If you have a wedding planner, give them access to the planning tools they need.
