What's on the dashboard

The planner overview shows widgets for each planning tool:

Tasks widget - A donut chart showing completed, urgent (overdue), and upcoming tasks. Plus line charts showing tasks completed over the past 8 months and tasks due in the next 8 months, and a bar chart breaking down tasks by category.

Budget widget - A donut chart showing whether you're over or under budget and how much remains. Bar charts show budget by category comparing the difference to actual costs.

Vendors widget - A donut chart showing how many vendors are booked vs. shortlisted.

Payments widget - A donut chart with paid, past due, and unpaid amounts. Line charts show payment trends over the past and upcoming 8 months.

Seating widget - A donut chart showing assigned vs. unassigned guests.

Timeline widget - A donut chart showing scheduled activity hours vs. unscheduled time.

Tips

Check it weekly. A quick glance at the planner dashboard helps you prioritize what needs attention.

Watch the colors. Red or rose indicators mean something needs attention (overdue tasks, overdue payments).

Use it as a progress tracker. The charts give you a visual sense of how far along you are in your planning.
