How do I change the sender name or email?

Customize how your name and email address appear when guests receive your messages.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Go to Sending settings or Account settings to change the "From" name and reply-to address.

Changing sender settings

  1. Go to Sending > Settings (or Account > Email settings)
  2. Find the sender/from settings
  3. Edit the From name (e.g., "Sarah & John")
  4. Edit the Reply-to email if available
  5. Save your changes

What you can customize

From name: What appears as the sender
- "Sarah & John"
- "The Smith Wedding"
- "Sarah Johnson"

Reply-to address: Where replies go
- Your personal email
- A shared wedding email you created

Why it matters

Guests see the sender name in their inbox:
- A recognizable name gets opened
- "WedSites" might be ignored or filtered
- Your names make it personal
