How do I change the sender name or email?
Customize how your name and email address appear when guests receive your messages.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Go to Sending settings or Account settings to change the "From" name and reply-to address.
Changing sender settings
- Go to Sending > Settings (or Account > Email settings)
- Find the sender/from settings
- Edit the From name (e.g., "Sarah & John")
- Edit the Reply-to email if available
- Save your changes
What you can customize
From name: What appears as the sender
- "Sarah & John"
- "The Smith Wedding"
- "Sarah Johnson"
Reply-to address: Where replies go
- Your personal email
- A shared wedding email you created
