Filtering and searching guests

Learn how to use quick status tabs and advanced filters to find specific guests by RSVP status, list, side, group, dietary requirements, age, or event attendance.

As your guest list grows, filters help you find exactly who you're looking for. You can filter by status, list, side, group, dietary requirements, age, and event attendance.

Quick status filters

At the top of your guest list, you'll see tabs that let you quickly filter by RSVP status:

  • All - Shows every guest with a count
  • Confirmed - Guests who have said yes
  • Unconfirmed - Guests you're waiting to hear from (also shown as "Waiting for reply")
  • Declined - Guests who can't make it (also shown as "Regretfully declined")
  • Not invited - Your shortlist (also shown as "Shortlisted")
  • Has +1 - Guests with plus-ones enabled (only shows if any exist)
  • Highlighted - Guests you've highlighted (only shows if any exist)

Each tab shows a count so you can see your numbers at a glance.

Applying filters

Filters combine together, so if you select "A-list" and "Confirmed," you'll see guests who are both A-list AND confirmed.

Clearing filters

To go back to seeing all guests, click the All tab at the top or clear all filters in the filter sidebar.

Combining filters with other actions

Filters work great with bulk actions. Filter to find the guests you want, select them all, then bulk edit, export, or send emails. It's a powerful workflow.

Tips

Use the status tabs for quick checks. They're the fastest way to see who's confirmed, who's unconfirmed, and who still needs an invite.

Advanced filters for specific needs. Need all A-list adults with dietary requirements? The advanced filter sidebar has you covered.

Filtered exports are your friend. Filter first, then export just those guests for your vendor or venue.
