Customize how dates and times display throughout your wedding website and planning tools.
How to configure
- Go to Settings in your main navigation
- Find the "Region & Localization" section
- Set your preferences:
- Date locale - Choose the language/region for date formatting
- 24-hour time - Check this box for 24-hour time format (like 14:30 instead of 2:30 PM)
- Date format - Choose from preset formats or create a custom one
- Click Save changes
Custom date format
If the preset formats don't work for you, create a custom format using placeholders:
%Y- Full year (e.g., 2025)%B- Full month name (e.g., January)%-m- Month number without zero padding (1-12)%-d- Day number without zero padding (1-31)
The system warns: "Don't hard-code fixed dates." Use only placeholders so your date updates automatically.
What it affects
Date and time formatting applies to:
- Your wedding website
- Ecards
- Task due dates
- Event dates and times
- Timeline activities
- Email communications
