Viewing households with addresses
Learn how to display address and country columns in your household list and export complete mailing addresses for physical invitations or thank you cards.
Need to see which households have addresses on file? This is handy when you're preparing to send physical invitations or thank you cards.
How to check addresses
- Go to Guests > Households
- Make sure the Address and Country columns are visible (turn them on in Household settings if they're not)
- Scan your list to see which households have addresses filled in
Turning on address columns
- Click Household settings at the top of the page
- Under Basic details, check:
- Address to show the full address column
- Country to show the country column
- Click Save changes
Exporting addresses
For physical mailings, you might want to export your household addresses:
- Click Download to export all households as CSV
- Open the CSV in your spreadsheet app
- The export includes Household name, Address, and Country columns
Tips
Look for missing addresses. Households without addresses will have blank cells. You can quickly spot who you still need to collect addresses from.
Use the collect details feature. If you're missing a lot of addresses, consider sharing the collect details form with your guests so they can submit their own address.
