Resending emails

Learn how to resend emails to guests who didn't receive or open your original message.

Some guests might not have received or opened your email. You can resend to specific groups to make sure everyone gets the message.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Resending options

From your sent email tracking, you can resend to:

  • Undelivered recipients - Guests whose email bounced or failed to deliver. This gives the email another chance to reach them.
  • Unopened recipients - Guests who received the email but haven't opened it yet. A second send sometimes catches their attention.

Tips

Wait a few days before resending. Give guests time to check their email before sending again. Resending the same day might feel pushy.

Fix email addresses first. If an email failed to deliver, it might be a typo in the address. Check and fix the guest's email before resending.

Don't overdo it. One resend is usually enough. If a guest hasn't opened after two sends, try reaching out through a different channel.
