Sender name

The sender name is what guests see in their inbox alongside your email address. Customize it so guests recognize who the email is from.

How to set your sender name:

  1. Find the From name field in your email settings
  2. Type the name you want guests to see (the placeholder shows your couple names)
  3. The description says "Guests will see this name in their email inbox."

What guests see:

When guests receive an email from you, they'll see the sender name in their inbox. For example:

If you don't set a custom name, your couple names from your wedding settings will be used.

Email colors

Make your wedding emails match your brand by customizing the button and link colors.

Available color settings:

  • Button - The call-to-action button background color
  • Button text - The text color on buttons (also called "label" in settings)
  • Link text - The color for any hyperlinks in the email

Each color can be customized using a color picker or by entering a hex code.

Restoring defaults:

If you want to go back to the original colors, click the Restore defaults link in the colors section.

Tips

Use your couple names for sender. This is the most recognizable option for guests and creates a personal touch.

Keep sender name short. Long sender names might get cut off in email clients, especially on mobile devices.

Match your wedding colors. Use the same color palette as your wedding website for a cohesive look across all your communications.

Contrast is key. Make sure button text is readable against the button color. White text on a dark button or dark text on a light button works best.

Test your emails. Send a test email to yourself to see how the colors look in your email client before sending to all guests.

Match your wedding brand. If your wedding has a theme name or specific branding, you can use that in your sender name too.
