Viewing guests without group

Learn how to view all ungrouped guests using the special "None" section in the groups list, with guest counts to track your organizing progress.

Want to see which guests aren't assigned to any group? The groups page has a special section for ungrouped guests.

How to view ungrouped guests

  1. Go to Guests > Groups
  2. Look for None in the groups list (it has a grey swatch)
  3. Click on it to see all guests who aren't in any group

The sidebar will show "Ungrouped guests" with a list of all guests who don't have a group assigned.

The groups list shows counts

In your groups list, each group shows how many guests are in it. The None row shows how many guests are ungrouped. This gives you a quick sense of how organized your guest list is.

Assigning ungrouped guests

If you want to assign these guests to groups, you have a couple of options:

One at a time: Go to Guests, click on each guest, and select a group in their Details tab.

In bulk: Go to Guests, select the ungrouped guests with checkboxes, click Edit guests, and pick a group.

Tips

You don't need to group everyone. It's totally fine to have ungrouped guests. Groups are just a tool for organizing, not a requirement.

Check after importing. If you imported guests from a CSV without a group column, they'll all be ungrouped. You can assign them in bulk.
