Learn how to assign tasks to specific team members so everyone knows their planning responsibilities.

If multiple people are helping plan your wedding, you can assign tasks to specific team members so everyone knows what they're responsible for.

Plan requirement: Pro plan

How to assign

  1. Click on the task
  2. Select a person from the Assigned to dropdown
  3. Click Save task

The dropdown shows all users who have been added to your wedding account.

Tips

Divide and conquer. Split tasks between partners and helpers to make planning more manageable.

Check assigned tasks. Each user can filter to see just the tasks assigned to them.

Reassign as needed. Plans change. If someone can't handle a task, just reassign it.
