Ecards are always current

When guests click the link in their email, they see the current version of your ecard, not the version from when you sent the email. This means:

You can fix mistakes. If you spot a typo after sending, just edit it. Everyone who clicks the link going forward will see the corrected version.

You can update details. If a date or venue changes, update your ecard and guests will see the new information.

Be mindful of changes. Since content isn't locked at the time of sending, any changes you make will be visible to all guests. Double-check before editing if you've already sent emails.

Tips

Keep it short. Save the dates are teasers, not full invitations. Stick to the essentials: who, when, and maybe where.

Match your tone. A formal wedding might keep "Save the date" traditional. A casual wedding could say "Mark your calendars!" or get creative.

Include a teaser. The custom text area is perfect for something like "More details to follow" or "Formal invitation to come."

Preview after changes. If you edit your ecard after sending emails, preview it again to make sure everything looks right for guests who haven't viewed it yet.
