Checking your hosting status
Want to know how much hosting time you have left? Your hosting status is always available in your dashboard.
Short answer: Go to Settings > Hosting to see your current hosting status, including when your hosting expires and how many days you have remaining.
How to check
- Go to Settings in your main navigation
- Click Hosting
- You'll see your current hosting status and expiry date
What the statuses mean
Your hosting page will show one of these statuses:
- Active. Your hosting is live and your wedding website is accessible to guests. You'll see your expiry date and a countdown of days remaining.
- Expiring soon. Your hosting expires within 14 days. You'll also see a banner on your dashboard reminding you to extend.
- Offline. Your hosting has expired and your wedding website is no longer accessible to guests. You can extend at any time to bring it back online.

When your hosting is expiring soon or has expired, a banner appears at the bottom of your dashboard with a link to extend.
Email reminders
We send email reminders at 14 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your hosting expires, and one final email when it does. Each email includes a link to extend directly from the email.
Tips
- Check your hosting status early so you have time to decide whether to extend.
- If your wedding has already happened and you'd like to keep your site as a keepsake, extending is a simple way to preserve it.
- After hosting expires, your account is marked for deletion and will be permanently removed within 12 months. Extend before then to keep your data.
