Ask questions at the household level during the RSVP process.

What's new

You can now add RSVP questions that apply to an entire household, not just individual guests. This is useful for questions where one answer covers everyone in the group, like transportation needs or accommodation preferences.

How it works

  1. Go to RSVP > Questions
  2. When adding or editing a question, set it as a household question
  3. During the RSVP process, household questions appear once for the entire group
  4. The answer is recorded at the household level

Example household questions

  • "Do you need hotel accommodation?"
  • "Will you need transportation from the hotel to the venue?"
  • "Do you have any accessibility requirements?"
  • "Would you like to join us for the welcome dinner the night before?"

How it differs from individual questions

  • Individual questions (like dietary requirements or meal choice) are asked for each guest separately
  • Household questions are asked once per household, and the answer applies to everyone in that group

Benefits

  • Less repetition: Guests don't answer the same logistical question multiple times
  • Cleaner data: One answer per household for shared decisions
  • Better experience: Shorter RSVP form for households with multiple guests
