What happens when my hosting expires?
When your hosting period ends, your wedding website goes offline and guests can no longer visit it. Your account is marked for deletion and will be permanently removed from our servers within 12 months. Once permanently deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
You can extend from Settings > Hosting at any time before deletion to bring your site back online. Extensions start at $5 per month when paid yearly, and your site comes back online immediately after payment.
We'll send you email reminders at 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry so you have plenty of notice.
